Finding Sales
Since I live in Southern Illinois, the sales listed on this site will be for my area specifically but will also be the same in most other places as well. I have noticed that I don't have some of the stores that other couponers frequent, however you might in your area. Oddly enough, finding sales can be quite easy.
Those Sunday papers you bought? Yep, sale flyers are in those!
So be sure to save at least one copy of each sale flyer when you go through and pull your inserts. These will be for your area, so you can learn more about what stores are around you from these sale flyers.
Now that you have the flyers in hand, take a look through them. It's time to start doing some match-ups. You're going to be looking for anything that you will use, or it seems like it's on a really big discount. Even if you get something for free or almost free, and you won't use it, donate it! Local churches, food pantries, shelters, so on and so forth are happy to receive items to give to those in need.
